The Benefits of Hiring a Professional Cleaning Company

Once upon a time hiring a professional cleaning company was considered a luxury, but with all the chaos most people have to deal with on the daily basis. Hiring a cleaning company has become more of a necessity. Surely hiring a cleaning company comes with a cost, but the benefits definitely out weigh the cost when you hire the correct cleaning service. Below is a list of benefits to consider when selecting a professional cleaning service to clean your home.
1. Free time. We can all use some more free time. With all the things you have to deal with, cleaning your home doesn’t have to be one of them. A maid service takes away the stress of cleaning your home and allows you more time to rest or take care of our needed tasks. Cleaning services create more free time for busy people, which is definitely a plus. This will give you more time to spend with friends and family.
2. Saves Money. Your home is a major investment, maintaining an unclean home brings down the value of it. A healthy and clean home will last longer than an unclean home. It’s essential to extend the life of your home for as long as possible. Routine cleanings will ensure this for you.
3. Trained Professionals. A professional maid service will have well trained people assisting you during this cleaning process. From the receptionist to the cleaning techs everyone you come in contact with is highly trained to make the process of cleaning your home as smooth as possible. These trained professionals will have all the supplies necessary to provide you the best cleaning you’ve ever had. The techs are trained to look for spots you may have missed or wanted to miss.
4. Regular Maintenance. Scheduling regular house cleanings whether it’s weekly, every other week or monthly, ensures your home will be maintained on the regular basis. It’s highly recommended to schedule routine cleanings. This will cut back on the price to clean your home because it will not take the techs as long to clean it.

7 Speed Cleaning Tips

Most people spend there weekends or free time cleaning. The last thing you want to do is spend your entire free time taking on this time consuming and sometimes tedious task. Here are a few tips you can use to make your cleaning process move a lot faster.
1. Create a system and stick to it. This is easy to do, but the trick is to make sure you stay focused. With so many distractions, it’s easy to forget where we left off before the phone rung or the baby started to cry. The best way to clean is from top to bottom and left to right. Following this system will ensure you won’t miss a spot.
2. Start with the dirtiest rooms first. I advise our cleaning techs to clean the kitchen and bathrooms first. In my experience the kitchen and bathrooms usually takes to longest to clean. In some homes it necessarily isn’t the dirtiest home room in the home, but it does require a lot of time and effort to clean.
3. Stay focus. This is very important; you must pay attention to what you’re doing. Using the wrong cleaner or forgetting what you already cleaned will take you off your cleaning task. I understand you want to finish cleaning so you can catch the sale at your favorite department store or relax, but I promise if you don’t stay focus it will take longer to the clean.
4. Challenge yourself. Once you begin to get the hang of cleaning your home, time yourself. You should get better and be able to clean your home faster after each cleaning task. You’ll be so surprised at the progress you’ve made from each cleaning to the next. Don’t forget to treat yourself after beating your previous cleaning record.
5. Take advantage of resources. There are so many cleaning tools out there you can use to clean your home. The most important cleaning tool you can use is your hands. While cleaning make sure to use both hands, you will accomplish so much more by using them at the same time. Just image how long it will take to clean if you had just one hand. You will get done twice as fast if you clean with two hands at once.
6. Never Stop Cleaning. My mother always told me “If you don’t make a mess, you won’t have to clean a mess”. Be proactive and makes others in your home accountable for the mess they make. It will cut back on your cleaning time. Wipe up spills and mess as soon as they land on a surface. Keep a squeegee in your shower to clean the clean the shower door and walls every couple of days. This help to prevent mildew and water stains.
7. Seek help. If at all possible, make it a family event to clean the home. Everyone can follow the same steps listed above. This can be a fun choir for everyone involved. Give a prize to the person who finishes there task first and efficiently. This is a great motivating tool for those who aren’t quite interested in cleaning. That means you have more hands to help clean and you can get back to relaxing in no time.
