FOUNTAIN HILL, PA — A mixture of two cleaning products created fumes that forced the evacuation of 75 people from a Cherokee Street apartment building, according to The Morning Call.
The two products were Clorox bleach and Resolve carpet cleaner, the story stated.
The fire chief said that a tenant was trying to clean up a spot, and used both chemicals in a way that caused a chemical reaction, the story noted.
